Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 R9270 2x12 Speed Upgrade Kit
Evolved Di2 Platform and Technology
The DURA-ACE R9200 12 speed Di2 technology delivers 58% faster rear shifting and 45% faster front shifting compared to the current wired R9100 Di2 system. Shimano’s wireless Di2 processing technology, increases transmission speed and performance, offering reliable, fast shifts every single time. Further Di2 refinements include a charging port and D-FLY wireless connectivity integrated into the rear derailleur. The derailleurs are connected to the multi-port battery that supplies stable and longer-lasting power.
The Most Advanced Drivetrain
The DURA-ACE R9200 drivetrain provides faster, smoother shifting with Shimano’s proven HYPERGLIDE+ drivetrain technology. Developed first for mountain bike applications, HYPERGLIDE+ improves shifting both up and down the cassette, even under maximum pedaling load.
The new 12-speed DURA-ACE drivetrain features optimized gearing options that are engineered for performance and speed without sacrificing drivetrain efficiency. Sticking with 11-tooth small cogs enhances drivetrain efficiency while also retaining compatibility with current 11-speed Shimano freehub bodies. No new standards or proprietary wheel parts necessary.
The DURA-ACE RD-R9250 rear derailleur integrates the system charging port and a wireless connectivity unit all while delivering super fast, precise shifting. A single cage length shifts cassettes from 11-28 to 11-34 bringing new versatility to the world's best road component group.
The fastest just got faster thanks to the DURA-ACE FD-R9250. Tipping the scales under 100 grams, the newly designed front derailleur shifts 45% quicker than Shimano's FD-R9150, already the fastest on the market. The frontal area of the FD-R9250 is also reduced decreasing aerodynamic drag.
Refined Interface and Ergonomics
The DURA-ACE hoods are taller with a slight curve inward for a more secure, natural perch over any terrain. The lever body reach is also extended by 4.6mm to create more space between the brake lever blade and the handlebar.
The new DURA-ACE Di2 lever switches are also redesigned for better control and easier access. The longer switches are easier to reach when riding in the drops and an increased offset between the switches makes them easier to differentiate while riding. A third switch on the hoods continues with the new R9200 series shifters.
Enhanced Brake System
The Dura-Ace R9200 brake system now features Shimano’s proven SERVO WAVE technology that enhances brake performance thanks to a faster initial bite point followed by a wider control area. This allows riders of all abilities to modulate their braking force easily and precisely.
A refined brake caliper design, delivering a quieter brake system. The new brake calipers boast a 10% increase in pad-to-rotor clearance to reduce noise while a separate bleed port and valve screw improve the bleeding process so that it’s now possible to bleed the system without removing the caliper from the frame.

First time using this as i was using another plant based degreaser. Used it to remove all the lubricant on my ebike drive train to prep it was use of waxed chain.
Perform well as describe. I only need to use it 2x to get rid all existing lube n dirt.
Highly recommended
Got this to wax it and then replace it on my stock kmc chain on my ebike. Wax is the way for me than normal chain lubrication.
A bit hard to break the chain to my desire length but once i passed that stage, all smooth.
Performance was good and no more black stain on my socks or hands.

I love the service. We were well attended to in hanging the handlebar tape. I like how the mechanic advised re cables and had it re routed. Also advise on the chains that are on promotion!
The chain was still in good condition despite a 427km ride. I bought a second chain and highly recommend it
