Return Policy

Policy Details
Return window 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for arranging their own trackable courier and covering the shipping cost. Tracking number and Order ID must be emailed to retail@neweracycle.mom. If located in Singapore, customers may return items directly at our showroom (Showroom Info).
Eligibility Items must be returned in showroom condition (unopened, sealed, unassembled, undamaged, unused, and undamaged packaging), wearable clothing (socks, underwear and bra) and must not be a closeout, pre-order or special indent product. If a defect is detected, we may provide replacement or assist with warranty submission once received.
Delivery fees, duties & taxes Strictly non-refundable. Duties and taxes paid are also non-refundable.
Failed/refused delivery or rejected returns Orders returned due to failed delivery, refusal, unpaid duties/taxes, or rejected returns are non-refundable. Please pre-arrange delivery, or a re-delivery fee will apply if we arrange shipping. Without your instructions, the order may be discarded after 60 days and remains strictly non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All returns will be refunded according to the customer’s selection, if eligible.

Eligibility Refund Options
30 days from the date of order, item(s) returned in showroom condition, not a closeout, wearable clothing, pre-order or special indent product.
  • Store Credit: 0% restocking fee
  • Exchange for product of equal or higher value: 0% restocking fee
  • Refund to same payment method or bank transfer: 5% restocking fee
30 days from the date of order, item(s) received with signs of defect.

We will review the defective items once received. If confirmed, we will either submit for warranty, provide replacement, or issue refund. Communication will be made via email. Delivery fee & duties/taxes remain strictly non-refundable.

After 30 days from the date of order but before the manufacturer warranty date of expiry, item(s) with signs of defect.

We will review the defective items upon receipt. If confirmed, we will submit them for manufacturer warranty approval. The outcome and next course of action will be communicated via email. Please note that delivery fees, duties/taxes, and any re-import charges are strictly non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
