Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle MTB Tubeless Sealant is a high-performance tubeless tyre sealant engineered to deliver fast puncture protection for mountain bikes, enduro, downhill, trail, gravel and road bikes. Its advanced latex formula with cutting-edge sealing molecules instantly seals punctures and tears up to 6mm, helping you ride further with fewer interruptions.
Developed alongside professional downhill racers and WorldTour teams, the lightweight formula flows quickly inside the tyre to seal punctures, porous sidewalls and bead leaks while maintaining reliable air retention. The integrated UV detection system also makes it easy to identify puncture locations during tyre inspections.
Suitable for tubeless-ready and UST tyres, the ammonia-free, CO₂-compatible formula remains effective from 15 PSI to 80 PSI and performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C.

How to Install
- Remove old rim tape or sealant residue and clean the rim thoroughly.
- Install Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape and fit a Muc-Off Tubeless Valve.
- Mount the tyre and inflate briefly to seat the tyre bead.
- Remove the valve core.
- Shake the sealant thoroughly before use.
- Inject the recommended amount of sealant through the valve.
- Reinstall the valve core and inflate the tyre.
- Rotate and shake the wheel to distribute the sealant evenly.
- Check sealant levels every few months and top up when required.
