General Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: We prepare and process all orders in Singapore within 1–2 working days of order placement..

  • Shipping Methods:
    Orders are shipped via Standard Tracked Delivery, or Fully Trackable Courier depending on your region. For more details, select your country/region on our website and view the delivery page.

  • Delivery & Re-Delivery Fees:

    • Delivery and/or import fees are non-refundable for successful or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

    • Customers must ensure delivery addresses are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

    • Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may result in returned parcels and incur a re-delivery fee, which varies by region.

    • If delivery is unsuccessful, your order may be cancelled, and any refund will be issued as store credit. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Delivery Services:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: Door-to-door delivery with tracking updates. Transit times are estimates and begin when the parcel is handed to the courier/postal service, excluding weekends, public holidays, customs holds, or any hold initiated by us. Longer transit times may occur during peak seasons.

  • Fully Trackable Courier: Provides comprehensive tracking for every step of the transit process, reducing the risk of loss. Transit times exclude weekends, public holidays, customs holds, or any hold initiated by us. Longer transit times may occur during peak seasons.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs:

  • Customers in certain countries/regions are responsible for local customs duties, taxes (GST/VAT), and import fees, based on the declared value of goods and shipping cost.

  • For detailed information, select your country/region on our website and view your region’s policy. Each product page (Desktop/Mobile) clearly indicates if your region is subject to import duties or taxes. For Shop App users, it is recommended to log in using a browser to view regional policies.

  • Failed delivery or Non-payment of applicable import duties, taxes, and import fees may lead to forfeiture of items. No refunds will be issued even if items are returned.

  • If your region is included in Duty Prepaid Courier (DPP), import duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, and we will ship accordingly.

Self-Collection / Store Pickup (Singapore Only):

  • Available at our showroom: 10 Arumugam Road, LTC Building A, #01-02, Singapore 409957.

  • Orders for store pickup are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready. 

  • Self-collection via courier collection points is not available for both Singapore & International orders.
